STEPS:-

1. First of all open the Mozilla Firefox and go to hotstar.com

2. Now go to your favorite show for example here i have taken Ye hai mohabbatein.

3. Now Browse to your episode which you want to download and click on view episode.

4. On the next page wait till video buffers ( if it starts then also no problem)

5. Now click on Ad Block plus icon and select Open Blockable items 

6. Now on the search box appears type f4m and wait

7. Now a URL will appear starting with http://staragvod1-vh............ right click on that link and select copy items address

 

8. After copying open Hotstar Downloader if it asks permission then give it and paste that link on the 1 box(Enter the Blockable items URL) 

9. Now select download format from the dropdown menu and click Start Download

10. After that it will write some things in the black box and then your download will begin.

Important Note

1. The download will start in phase wise so it will show "Error:1 mb downloaded at XX kbps" speed. Ignore that.
2. Open hotstar.com with Mozilla Firefox and ensure that you have installed flash player 11 or more to view the video
3. The downloaded file will be saved in the directory of livestreamer .
4. Please follow all the steps otherwise you may not download correctly or may get error message.
5. you must be an admin to download the video . you cannot download the video by being a guest user. 
6. There is no pause / Resume facility in the program so please ensure that you have a fluent internet connection with a good speed of more than 100 kbps
7. Please avoid browsing and downloading other file while downloading the video
8. you can only download serials and movies you cannot use the above steps to download Sports.
